Ronald "Ronnie" Lee Romine Sr, 77 years old of Knox, Indiana, passed away Saturday, December 5, 2020 in Knox, Indiana.

He was born Monday, March 15, 1943 in Knox, Indiana, Son of the late Bernard Romine Sr and the late Florence (Dickson) Romine.

Ronnie enjoyed junking and scraping. His greatest passion was spending time with his family and grandchildren.

He worked at the State Highway Department.

Surviving are Son, Ronald Romine Jr of New Castle, Delaware, Son, Randy Romine of South Bend, Indiana, 4 grandchildren Joey Cannon of Nappanee, Indiana, Kaylie Cunningham of Lakeville, Indiana, Zak Clevenger of Plymouth, Indiana and Lexi Romine of Newark, Delaware, Companion, Rose Heck of Knox, Indiana, Sister, Darlene Merkel of Wanatah, Indiana, Step-son, Tom Heck of Argos, Indiana, Step-son, Roger Heck of Knox, Indiana, Step-son, Bruce Heck of Knox, Indiana, Step-son, Larry Heck of Michigan City, Indiana, Step-son, Shawn Heck of Knox, Indiana, Step-daughter, Cindy Heck, Kentucky.

He was preceded in death by parents Bernard and Florence Romine Sr., son Ryan Romine, brothers Bernard Jr and Robert Romine, sister Inez Ernest and step-son Randy Heck.

Services to be held at a later date, Braman and Son Memorial Chapel of Knox, Indiana is in charge of arrangements.

Interment will follow in the Eagle Creek Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the Funeral Home.
