Brian Wayne Embry

Brian Wayne Embry, 62 years old of Knox, Indiana, passed away Monday, April 8, 2024 in Valparaiso, Indiana.

He was born Saturday, April 29, 1961 in Stonington, Illinois, Son of the late JB Embry and the late Betty(Wasson) Embry.

Brian was a member of the Knox American Legion and Knox VFW.  He was a 20 years Veteran of the US Navy, having served in Iraq and Turkey aboard the USS John Kennedy.  He enjoyed fishing and playing basketball with his brother.

He worked for Schwan's Foods.

Surviving are Wife, Penny Embry of Knox, Indiana, Son, Jess Carneal of Chesapeake, Virginia, 1 grandchild, Brother, Timm Embry of Blominton, Illinois, Brother, Jeff (Bev)  Embry of Cookesville, Tennessee.

He was preceded in death by his parents JB and Betty Embry, sisters Nola Embry and Karen Kesner.

No services to be held at this time,  Braman and Son Memorial Chapel of Knox, Indiana is in charge of arrangements.
