Frank Kozubik, 89 years old of Knox, Indiana, passed away Thursday, May 7, 2020 in Culver, Indiana.

He was born Friday, October 3, 1930 in North Judson In, Son of the late John Kozubik and the late Marie(Zuger) Kozubik.

May 8, 1954, in Knox, Indiana, Frank married the former Magdalene Gerstandt, she survives him.

Frank was a former 4-H Leader And served on the Starke County 4-H Fair Board. Frank was a member Of The North Judson Masonic Lodge, a member of the CSA Assoc Of America and a member of the Plumbers And Pipe Fitters Union #172. Frank also served in th US Army reserves. Frank enjoyed spending time with his family and enjoyed farming and traveling and taking family vacations.

He worked as a Plumber-Pipe Fitter.

Surviving are Wife, Magdalene Kozubik of Knox, In, Son, James (Jo) Kozubik of Knox, In, Son, Paul Kozubik of Culver, In, Daughter, Lisa (Kregg) Sims of Carmel, In, Sister, Henrietta McCaul of Elkhart, In, 5 Grand Children, 2 Great Grand Children.

He was preceded in death by his parents John And Marie Kozubik, brothers John Laddie And Charles Kozubik and sisters Frances Langer And Emily Vorm.

Graveside Service will be held Wednesday, May 13, 2020 at 2 PM at Crown Hill Cemetery in Knox, Indiana with Rev. Bruce Bennett officiating, Braman and Son Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Memorials may be made to the Starke County 4-H Counsel.

Maggie, Just read about Frank. Our sympathy goes out to you and your family. Bob and I are hanging in there. He will be 95 in August but has first signs of dementia. I think of all the good times we had working at the Welfare Dept. Thinking of you. Mary Ann
