Timothy Alan Goethals

Timothy Alan Goethals, 46 years old of Lafayette, Indiana, passed away Monday, August 15, 2022 in Lafayette, Indiana.

He was born Friday, February 27, 1976 in LaPorte, Indiana, Son of the late Theophial "Jack" John Goethals and Betty(Lindwell) Lenig.

Tim was a graduate of Knox High school, where he played football and baseball and was a member of the Knox High School Band.  He was a member of the Starke Co 4-H.  He had a great passion for Notre Dame Football.

He worked as a welder  for  Walbash National for 21 years.

Surviving are Mother, Betty Lenig of Knox, Indiana, Sister, Julie(Bill) Goethals Box of Monticello, Indiana, Daughter, Kaitlyn Ivory Miller of Rapid City , South Dakota, Son, Killian Jordan Goethals, of Indiana, Son, Rylan  John Goethals of Lafayette, Indiana, 1 grandchild, Brother, Dale Lenig of Argos, Indiana, Brother, Wes(Crystal) Lenig of Plymouth, Indiana, Brother, Craig(Traci) Lenig of Plymouth, Indiana, Sister, Denise(Pete) Devos of Argos , Indiana.

He was preceded in death by father Theophial "Jack Goethals and step father Butch Lenig.

Friends will be received 11 AM till time of service at 1 PM, Saturday, August 27, 2022 at the Braman & Son Memorial Chapel, Knox, Indiana.

Services will be held at Braman & Son Memorial Chapel, Saturday, August 27, 2022 at 1 PM with Rev Bruce Bennett officiating.

Memorials may be made to the Funeral Home.
