He was born Tuesday, December 10, 1957 in Gary, Indiana, Son of Richard Clem and the late Joan(Jennings) Clem.

May 3, 1980, in Portage, Indiana, Tom married the former Sheryl Crandall, she survives him.

Tom was a member of the teamsters union. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing golf. Tom was a huge Chicago Bears fan. His greatest passion was spending time with his family and grandchildren.

He worked as a operator for Mid Continent Coal and Coke.

Surviving are his Wife, Sheryl Clem of Knox, Indiana, Son, Thomas(Hannah) Clem of Knox, Indiana, Daughter, Stacy Thompson of Knox, Indiana, 6 grandchildren, Father, Richard Clem of Knox, Indiana, Brother, Richard(Joyce) Clem of Winchester, Wisconsin, Brother, Dan(Christine) Clem of Hemet, California, Brother, Pat(Janet) Clem of Portage, Indiana, Brother, James Clem of North Judson, Indiana.

He was preceded in death by mother Joan Clem.

Private family services to be held at a later date, Braman and Son Memorial Chapel of Knox, Indiana is in charge of arrangements.
