Susan J. Biddle Huff

Susan J. Biddle Huff, age 68, of North Judson, passed away on Sunday, July 14, 2024, at 11:32 p.m. in her home. 

On October 12, 1955, in Knox, Indiana, Susan was born to the late Roscoe and the late Mary (Collins) Biddle. She lived in the Starke County area most of her life. A lifelong homemaker, Susan enjoyed working in her yard, going to garage sales and flea markets, and spending time with her family.

Susan is survived by her life companion, Harold Bailey, of North Judson, a daughter, Misty Burress, of Valparaiso, IN, three sons, Chad Bailey of Concord, CA, Avery (Maria) Bailey, of Austin, TX, and Jonas Miller, of South Bend, IN, two granddaughters, Raylin Shoemaker, of La Porte, IN, and Ava Burress, of Valparaiso, IN, and two great-grandaughters, Ezzy and Lyla Reed, both of La Porte, Indiana. 

In addition to her parents, Susan was preceded in death by six sisters, Pat Umphries, Shirley Biddle, Cindy Vessely, Edith Biddle, Betty Fletcher, and Alice Biddle, and five brothers, Jerry, Robert, James, Jack, and Ron Biddle.

Friends may call on the family from on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Braman & Bailey Funeral Home in North Judson. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with Pastor Art Good officiating.
