Sadie Mae Ritchie

Sadie Mae Ritchie, 92 years old of Chouteau, Oklahoma, formally of Knox, Indiana, passed away Tuesday, April 25, 2023 in Knox, Indiana.

She was born Wednesday, September 24, 1930 in Vest, Kentucky, Daughter of the late William Sawyer and the late Maudie(Sparkman) Sawyer.

Sadie was a long time member of the English Lake Church of North Judson.  She enjoyed quilting, gardening and reading her bible.  Sadie's  greatest passion was spending time with her family, children and grandchildren.

Surviving are Son, Willard Ritchie Jr, California, Son, Dana(Christina) Chris Ritchie of Hot Springs , Arkansas, Son-in-Law, David Bailey of Pryor, Oklahoma, Daughter, Carolyn Baughman of Chouteau, Oklahoma, Daughter, Shirley Ann Richie of Pryor, Oklahoma, Daughter, Jeanette Rogers of Knox, Indiana, Daughter, Sharon(Dave) McIntire of Knox, Indiana, Daughter, Barb(Raul) Fernandez of Cedar City, Utah, Daughter, Sandy(Donny) Binkley of Knox, Indiana, Daughter, Lisa Bottorff of Pryor, Oklahoma and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Willard Ritchie, son Robert Charles Ritchie and daughters Pamela Denise Ritchie and  Mari Lou Bailey and 11 brothers and sisters.

Friends will be received 10 AM till time of service at 12 PM, Saturday, April 29 at the Braman & Son Memorial Chapel, Knox, Indiana.

Services will be held at Braman & Son Memorial Chapel, Saturday, April 29, 2023 at 12 PM with  Rev. Art Good officiating.

Interment will follow in the Round Lake Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Hospital for Children.
