Roy Russell

Roy Russell, 70 years old of North Judson, Indiana, passed away on Friday, July 16, 2021 at Home.

He was born Friday, June 8, 1951 in Denham, IN, son of the late James O. Russell and the late Minnie Bradley Russell.

He was a member of the True Vine Church in North Judson, IN.  He enjoyed working on trucks; loved operating big machines and equipment; but especially loved his family.

He retired from the railroad where he had worked for many years as a railroad laborer for Conrail.

Surviving are his Wife, Vivian Russell of North Judson, IN; Son, Robert Russell of North Judson, IN; Son, Roy Russell, Jr of North Judson, IN; Daughter, Denise Broeker of Goshen, IN; Daughter, Danyel (Jim) Sheets of Kalamazoo, MI; Sister, Lorena (Martin) Smith of Knox, IN; Sister, Gladys Royce of Knox, IN; Sister, Rose (Rockey) Stacy of Winamac, IN; Brother, Dennis (Yvonne) Russell of North Judson, IN; and 6 Grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents James O. Russell and the late Minnie Bradley Russell.

Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM until the time of services at 1:00 PM Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at The Braman And Bailey Funeral Home North Judson, IN.

Services will be held at Braman & Bailey Funeral Home, with  Rev. Dave Johnston officiating.

Interment will follow in the Round Lake Cemetery, Knox, Indiana.
