Ronald N Chambliss Obituary

Ronald N. Chambliss, 75 years old of Knox, Indiana, passed away Monday, January 11, 2021 in Knox, Indiana.


He was born Tuesday, October 9, 1945 in Gary, Indiana, Son of the late Joseph Chambliss and the late Doris Lucille (Grey) Chambliss.


Ronald was a Vietnam Veteran, who served in the US Army from 1965 to 1967.


July 1, 1967 in Gary, Indiana, Ronald married Jennie Glorioso his loving wife of 53 years, she survives him.


Ronald enjoyed playing his guitar and listening to music. He attended St Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. Ronald enjoyed watching Jeopardy and any and all sports. Ronald's greatest passion was spending time with his family and grandchildren.


He worked as a maintenance mechanic.


Surviving are his Wife, Jennie M Chambliss of Knox, Indiana, Daughter, April(Arthur) McCurdy Crawford of Winamac, Indiana, Daughter, Amy(Brad) Chaffins of Knox, Indiana, Grandchild, Ryan McCurdy of Winamac, Indiana, Grandchild, Sarah Chaffins of Columbus, Indiana, Grandchild, Paul Chaffins of Knox, Indiana.


He was preceded in death by parents Joseph and Doris Lucille Chambliss, brothers Darvin, Joseph and Robert Chambliss and sisters Edith Ednaiston and Doris Belcher.


Friends will be received 11 AM till time of service at 12 PM , Friday, January 15, 2021 at the Braman & Son Memorial Chapel, Knox, Indiana.


Services will be held at Braman & Son Memorial Chapel, Friday, January 15, 2021 at 12 PM with Father John Zemelko officiating.


Interment will follow in the Crown Hill Cemetery.
