Phillip  "Phil" Wendell Mullins, 47 years old of Bourbon, Indiana, passed away Wednesday, March 1, 2023 in Bourbon, Indiana .

He was born Friday, May 9, 1975 in Knox, Indiana, Son of Wendell Mullins and Alleene(Stacy) Mullins.

Phil enjoyed his work, Harley Davidson Motorcycles and old cars.  His greatest passion was spending time with his family, children and grandchildren..

He worked as a Tow Truck Driver  for  T&T Auto, Inc.

Surviving are his Life partner and Babe Brandy Pulver of Bourbon, Indiana, Father and Mother, Wendell and Alleene  Mullins of Grovertown, Indiana, Son, P. Bryan Mullins of Plymouth, Indiana, Son, Cody Fraine of Laporte, Indiana, Son, Kaleb Brayden Mullins of Grovertown, Indiana, Son, Chandler Braxton Ake of Plymouth, Indiana, Son, Jacob Tyler Pulver of Knox, Indiana, Son, Andrew Karl Pulver of Plymouth, Indiana,  2 grandchildren, Brother, Thomas(Shellie) Scott Mullins of Culver, Indiana, Sister, Shelby Mullins of Grovertown, Indiana.

Friends will be received 4 PM to 8 PM CST, Tuesday, March 7 at the at the Braman & Son Memorial Chapel, Knox, Indiana.

Services will be held at Braman & Son Memorial Chapel, Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at 11 AM CST.

Interment will follow in the Fletcher Cemetery, .
