Peter "Pete" Marovich, 53 years old of Knox, Indiana, passed away, surrounded by his loving family and friends, Tuesday, April 8, 2025, in Knox, Indiana.

He was born Tuesday, July 27, 1971, in Maywood Park, Illinois, the son of the late Joseph Marovich and Nancy(Cook) Marovich.

Pete was the former Fire Chief of the Bass Lake Fire Department.  He enjoyed camping, shooting guns, and riding motorcycles.  He loved his animals.  His greatest passion was spending time with his daughter Britney, friends and family..

He worked as a mechanic.

Surviving are Daughter, Britney Marovich of Winamac, Indiana, Sister, Christina(Chrissy) Marovich of Bartlett, Illinois, Brother, Joseph(Debbie) Marovich, of Florida, Brother, John(Mac) Marovich of Las Vegas, Nevada, Mother, Nancy Marovich of Knox, Indiana.

He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Marovich.

Friends will be received from 11 AM until the time of services at 2 PM, Sunday, April 13, 2025, at the Braman & Son Memorial Chapel, Knox, Indiana.

Services will be held at Braman & Son Memorial Chapel on Sunday, April 13, 2025, at 2 PM with Rev. Bruce Bennett officiating.

Memorials may be made to Braman and Son Memorial Chapel.
