She was born Monday, January 12, 1959 in Knox, Indiana, Daughter of the late Charles McFarland and the late Ella(Smith) McFarland.

October 24, 1981, in Knox, Indiana, Norma married Lynn Mann, he survies her.

She worked as a Production manager  for Rockwell Windows .

Surviving are  her husband Lynn Mann of Knox, Indiana, Daughter, Lisa(Michael) Short of Morristown, Indiana, 1 grandson Carter Short, Brother, James McFarland of Knox, Indiana.

She was preceded in death by parents Charles and Ella McFarland and sister Ellen Aubele.

Graveside services at Round Lake Cemetery, Saturday, August 16, 2025 at 10 AM with Rev Bruce Bennett officiating, Braman and Son Memorial chapel of Knox, Indiana is in charge of arrangements.

Interment will follow in the Round Lake Cemetery, Knox, Indiana.
