Neal Robert Brown

Neal Robert Brown, 71 years old of Plymouth, Indiana, passed away, surrounded by his loving family Saturday, June 6, 2026 in Plymouth, Indiana.

He was born Thursday, September 2, 1954 in Knox, Indiana, Son of the late Harold Brown Sr and the late Bonnie(Turner) Brown.

October 27, 1973 in Toto, Indiana, Neal married the former Marlene Fletcher, she survives him.

Neal enjoyed golfing, bowling and playing baseball.  Neal was a huge St Louis Cardinal Fan.  His greatest passion was spending time with his family, grandchildren and their trips to Florida.

He worked as a foreman for Union Electric Steel in Valparaiso, Indiana.

Surviving are  his Wife, Marlene Brown of Plymouth, Indiana, Daughter, Charity(Robert) Ward of Argos,, Indiana, Daughter, Annette(James) Marlow of Winamac, Indiana, Daughter, Rebecca(James) Koontz of Albany, Indiana, Daughter, Keri(Brian) Miller of Plymouth, Indiana, 12 grandchildren 9 great-grandchildren, Brother, Pete(Kim) Brown of Knox, Indiana, Brother, Steve Brown of Monticello, Indiana, Sister, Barbara(Tim) Yeadon of North Judson, Indiana, Sister, Vicki(Chris) Dust of Rochester, Indiana.

He was preceded in death by parents Harold and Bonnie Brown Sr. and brother Harold Brown Jr.

Friends will be received 4 PM to 7 PM CST, Tuesday, June 9, 2025 at the Braman & Son Memorial Chapel, Knox, Indiana.

Services will be held at Braman & Son Memorial Chapel, Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 11 AM CST with Rev Ben Carpenter officiating.

Interment will follow in the Round Lake Cemetery, Knox, Indiana.
