Michael Garnie Williams, 71 years old of Knox, Indiana, surrounded by his loving family, passed away Wednesday, September 8, 2021 in Knox, Indiana.

He was born Saturday, December 31, 1949 in Jasper, Alabama, Son of the late Garnie Williams and the late Ruth(Wright) Combs.

July 4, 1971 in Knox, Indiana, Michael married Diana Fletcher, she survives him.

Michael enjoyed listening to his country music and horseback riding. His favorite past time was going pheasant hunting. Michael's greatest passion was spending time with his family, children and grandchildren.

He worked as a meat cutter.

Surviving are his wife, Diana Williams of Knox, Indiana, Daughter, Sara Rose Williams of Knox, Indiana, Daughter, Michelle Howard of North Judson, Indiana, Daughter, Jody(Terry) Trapp of Camden, Indiana, 8 grandchildren 7 great-grandchildren, Brother, Bruce Williams of Knox, Indiana, Brother, Tim(Kathy) Williams of Knox, Indiana, Sister, Linda Smith of Knox, Indiana.

He was preceded in death by parents Garnie Williams and Ruth Combs, brothers Steve(Tami) Williams and Darrell Williams and brother in law Jim Smith.

Friends will be received 3 PM to 7 PM, Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at the Braman & Son Memorial Chapel, Knox, Indiana.

Services will be held at Braman & Son Memorial Chapel, Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at 6 PM.
