Michael  Summey, 70 years old of Culver, Indiana, formally of Knox, Indiana, passed away Sunday, May 18, 2025 in Culver, Indiana.

He was born Tuesday, January 4, 1955 in Knox, Indiana, Son of the late James Summey and the late Iva Jean(Rowe) Summey.

Michael enjoyed tinkering around the house and doing yard work.  His greatest passion was spending time with his family and grandchildren.

Surviving are Son, Michael(Priscilla) Summey of Plymouth, Indiana, Daughter, Amanda(Joel)  Lloyd of Culver, Indiana, Daughter, Jennifer Sapp of Hamlet, Indiana, 8 grandchildren: Samantha Reed, Monica Lloyd, Daniella Lloyd, Joel Lloyd Jr., Madison Summey, Andrew Summey, Chance Sapp, Addison Sapp, 1 great-grandchild: Elijah Smith, Brother, James Summey of Fort Wayne , Indiana, Brother, Roger Summey of Fort Wayne, Indiana.

He was preceded in death by parents James and Iva Jean Summey, brother Clay Barnett  and sister Linda Summey.

No services to be held at this time,  Braman and Son Memorial Chapel of Knox, Indiana is in charge of arrangements.
