Marilynne Joy Wilson

Marilynne Joy WIlson, age 72, of Knox, passed away on Sunday, July 14, 2024, at 10:27 a.m., at her residence.

The daughter of William and the late Evelyn (Warren) Wilson, Marilynne was born December 10, 1951, in Knox, Indiana. Living and working most of her life in Jacksonville, Florida, as a nurse, she returned to Knox in August 2021. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Knox, loved spending time at home and also with her family. 

Marilynne is survived by her father, William J. Wilson of Knox, and two brothers, William (Diane) Wilson, Jr. of Hico, Texas, and John (Cory) Wilson of Knox.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Thursday, July 18, 2024, at Braman & Son Memorial Chapel. Pastor Ron Matthews will officiate. Interment will follow at Oak Park Cemetery in Knox.

Friends may call from 10 a.m. until the time of services on Thursday at Braman & Son.
