Margaret  Ritchie, 74 years old of Grovertown, Indiana, passed away Friday, January 17, 2025 in Laporte, Indiana.

She was born Sunday, April 9, 1950 in Salyersville, Kentucky, Daughter of the late Clarence Brown and the late Jane(Prater) Zelinski.

Margaret was a member of the United Baptist Church in Ober, Indiana.  Her greatest passion was spending time with her family and grandchildren.

October 16, 1971, in Knox, Indiana, Margaret married Noah Ritchie.

Surviving are  her Husband, Noah Ritchie of Grovertown, Indiana, Son, Bert Ritchie of South Bend, Indiana, Daughter, Judy(John) Kasten of Plymouth, Indiana, 6 grandhildren 9 great-grandchildren, Brother, Larry Cappis of Logansport, Indiana, Brother, Jerry Cappis of Knox, Indiana, Sister, Edna Hatch, of California, Sister, Patty Cappis, of California.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Dan and Jim Cappis and Henry Brown and sisters Rosie Ferguson and Bonnie Beem.

Friends will be received 10 AM to 1 PM, Wednesday, January 22, 2025 at the Braman & Son Memorial Chapel, Knox, Indiana.
