Linda K Taylor

Linda  K.  Taylor, 79 years old of Winamac, Indiana, formerly of Knox, Indiana, passed away. Monday, October 23, 2023 in Winamac, Indiana.

She was born Monday, April 24, 1944 in Laporte, Indiana to the late Orville and Katherine(Hathway) Hanselman. She married her husband Glenn on July 28, 1962 and they had 2 children together.  Glenn passed away on January 5, 2013.

Linda worked at Knox Comm Schools over 25 years as a school bus driver and instructional assistant.  She loved driving bus and the kids she transported.   She also enjoyed cooking for and visiting with family and friends, gardening, and her dog Missy.  Her greatest passion was spending time with her family and grandchildren.
 
Surviving are Daughter, Colleen(John)  Tripenfeldas of Winamac, IN, Daughter-in-law, Nancy Taylor of Medaryville, IN, 4 grandchildren: Taylor(Tyler) Dooley of Rockmart, GA, Sydney Tripenfeldas of Winamac, IN, Hannah(Cody) Witten of  North Judson, IN, Emma Taylor of Medaryville, IN,  2 great-grandchildren: Nicole Dooley and Elijah Dooley of Rockmart, GA , Brother, Dick(Violet)  Hanselman of Grovertown, IN, Sister, Donna Bailey of Knox, IN,  Brother-in-law, Russell(Carolann) Taylor of Tempe, AZ, Brother-in-law, William(Sharon) Taylor of Laporte, IN, Brother-in-law, Jim(Marilee)  Taylor of Deer River, MN, Sister-in-law, Carol Green of Laporte, IN, Sister-in-law, Sharon Kerrick of Laporte, IN, Sister-in-law Debbie Hanselman, Hamlet, IN.

She was preceded in death by her Husband Glenn Taylor, son John Taylor, parents Orville and Katherine Hanselman, brother Rick Hanselman, brother-in-law Robert Kerrick and sister-in-law Joanne Schoon.

Visitation will be Friday, October 27, 2023 from 4 PM to 8 PM at the Braman & Bailey Funeral Home, North Judson, Indiana.
 
Services will be held at Braman & Bailey Funeral Home, Saturday, October 28, 2023 at  11 AM.

Interment will follow in the San Pierre Cemetery.
