June Elizabeth Golding (Sinn) of Knox left us March 29, 2025. 

June was one of 14 siblings that braved life on the farm together. June met her husband Alfred “Jack” Golding (1928-2016) and married on March 9, 1953. They had two children, Devon Golding and Dalta Jensen both of Knox. 

Jack and June surrounded themselves with friends and family. They vacationed to enjoy the nature American had to offer, particularly enjoying warm days on Moose Lake in Minnesota with family. June was a detail-oriented real estate agent with Murray Real Estate, a beautician in the community for years, and a dutiful volunteer at the Starke County Historical Museum. June was a dedicated homemaker and a breast cancer survivor. She enjoyed playing cards, visiting over a cup of coffee, and seeing friends at her exercise class. June was passionate about her family and friends with an almost Rolodex-like memory of all those she knew and loved. 

June is preceded in passing by her parents, George and Dalta Sinn, siblings Dorothy (Joe) McIntire, Harold (Judy) Sinn, Opal (Larry) Cole, Helen (Paul) Betz, Raymond Sinn and husband Alfred “Jack” Golding.  

June is survived by her two children Devon (Shirley) Golding and Dalta Jensen. Grandchildren Jeremy (Jessica) Golding, Caleb (Tiffany) Golding, Courtney (Wyatt) Good, and Alivia Jensen. Great-grandchildren Kyah, Makayla, Naomi, Lauren, Serenity, Darien, Connor, Melody, Blake, Finley, and Ledger.  Siblings Hazel (Kenny) Berg, Don (Sandy) Sinn, Rachel (Ray) Dowd, Ralph (Grace) Sinn, Evelyn (Joe) Arnett, Glenn Sinn, Mary Ann (Gene) Wheeler, Edna (Joe) Bailey. 

These are the people who will miss June’s presence the most. We hold tightly to the memories of her and the community she built around her. 

Join us to honor the memory of June Elizabeth Golding at Braman & Son Memorial Chapel in Knox on Wednesday April 2, 2025. Visitation will begin at 11 am and funeral services will follow at 2 pm. 

At the request of the family, in lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation in honor of June Elizabeth Golding (May 23, 1929- March 29, 2025) to the Starke County Historical Society, where she dedicated so many years at the Schricker Home or Community Services of Starke County where she played many hands of cards with friends.
