On Sunday, August 14, 2022, Jacqueline Diane Joseph, 77, died of natural causes at the Brickyard Healthcare Facility (formerly Golden Living Center) in Knox, Indiana. Jacqueline was born on July 17, 1945 in Elkhart, Indiana to Jesse & Hazel (Stotler) Emerick. She graduated from Elkhart High School and went to the Elkhart Beauty School. She worked many years as a hair dresser, then worked at the Durakool factory for over twenty years. Jacqueline was known for her sweet disposition, her enviable enthusiasm, and her deep love for God and his written word, the Bible. She often sought opportunities to share with others the things she had learned from her study of the scriptures. She recently moved to Starke County to be close to family and was a member of the Winamac Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses at the time of her death. Jacqueline was preceded in death by her father, mother, and her brother, David Emerick. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Heather (Joseph) & Ron Bailey, and her four grandchildren Veronica Bailey, Carson Bailey, Elizabeth Bailey and Olivia Bailey.
