Irene  Coldiron, 95 years old of Winamac, Indiana, passed away Friday, September 26, 2025 in Winamac, Indiana.

She was born Thursday, November 7, 1929 in Salyersville, Kentucky, Daughter of the late Dennis Arnett and the late Lena(Patrick) Arnett.

September 20, 1950, Irene married Carew Coldiron, he preceded her on December 5, 1973.

Irene was a member of Little Dove Baptist Church.  She was well renowned for her Biscuits and gravy hillbilly breakfasts.  She enjoyed gardening and canning.  She also enjoyed attending the country jams and visiting thrift stores.  Her greatest psssion was spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Surviving are Son, Garry(Patty) Coldiron of North Judson, Indiana, Daughter, Ruby Coldiron of Winamac, Indiana, Daughter, Ruth(Mike) Toosley of Fulton, Missouri, Daughter-in-Law, Deborah Coldiron of North Judson, Indiana, 12 grandchildren 21 great-grandchildren 8 great great-grandchildren, Brother, Lucian(Sally) Arnett of North Judson, Indiana, Sister, Lola Grott of Laporte, Indiana, Sister, Shirley Eichelberg of Knox, Indiana, Sister, Kay(Clarence) Pennington of Mount Sterling, Kentucky.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Carew Coldiron and  parents Dennis and Lena Arnett, sons Larry and Terry Coldiron, daughters Carol Faye Davis and Wanda Moss,  grandson Johnny Moss and brothers Cleatus, Frank, J.B. and Dennis Arnett Jr.

Friends will be received 10 AM till time of service at 1 PM, Tuesday, September 30, 2025  at the Braman & Bailey Funeral Home, North Judson, Indiana.

Services will be held at Braman & Bailey Funeral Home, Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at 1 PM with Pastor Etsie Allen, Pastor Linda Hosek officiating.

Interment will follow in the Highland  Cemetery, North Judson, IN  46366.
