Duane  Barnett Jr, 43 years old of Knox, Indiana, gained his angel wings Monday, May 4, 2026 in Noblesville, Indiana.

He was born Wednesday, April 20, 1983 in Knox, Indiana, Son of the late Duane Barnett and Deborah Scott.

Surviving are Mother and step-father, Deborah(Paul Combs) Scott of North Judson, Indiana,  Sister, Donna(Kevin Reed) Marie Joseph of North Judson, Indiana, Grandmother, May Joseph of Knox, Indiana 5 nephews: Brett, Joshua(Kayla), Dakota(Sandi), Douglas and Logan Reed all of North Judson, Indiana.

He was preceded in death by his father Duane Barnett Sr, grandparents John Scott and Carolyn Smith.

Friends will be received 10 AM till time of service at 1 PM, Monday, May 11 at the Braman & Son Memorial Chapel, Knox, Indiana.

Services will be held at Braman & Son Memorial Chapel, Monday, May 11, 2026 at 1 PM with Rev. Daniel Hamilton officiating.

Interment will follow in the Oak Park Cemetery, Knox, Indiana.
