Doris  Hittle, 95 years old of North Judson, Indiana, passed away Wednesday, January 15, 2025 in Knox, Indiana.

She was born Tuesday, November 5, 1929 in North Judson, Indiana, Daughter of the late Elmer Whybrew and the late Edna(Collins) Whybrew.

Doris was a Girl Scouts Leader, South Bend Tribune paper carrier and a member of the Eastern Star for 75 years.  Her greatest passion was spending time with her family and grandchildren  .

July 30, 1950, in North Judson, Indiana, Doris married Sylvester Hittle, he preceded her on March 26, 2023.

Surviving are Son, Lance(Lori) Hittle of Monterey, Indiana, Daughter, Franna(Robert) Bargar of Winamac, Indiana, Daughter, Cathy(Lewis) Mann of Logansport, Indiana, Daughter, Sheri(Terry) Grether of Athens, wisconsin, Daughter, Rita(Chuck) Collins of Denham, Indiana, Daughter-in-Law, Debra Hittle of North Judson, Indiana, 18 grandchildren ,many great-grandchildren, and  many great-great-grandchildren, Brother, Danny Whybrew of Syracuse, Indiana.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Sylvester Hittle, sons Eric and Michael Hittle, brothers Eugene, Edward and Ernie Whybrew.

Friends will be received 10 AM till time of service at 1 PM, Saturday, January 25, 2025 at the Braman & Bailey Funeral Home, North Judson, Indiana.

Services will be held at Braman & Son Memorial Chapel, Saturday, January 25, 2025 at 1 PM with Pastor Janet Begley officiating.

Interment will follow in the Highland  Cemetery, North Judson, Indiana.
