Donald W Lucas, 89 years old of Culver, Indiana, formally of Knox, Indiana passed away Tuesday, February 9, 2021 in Plymouth, Indiana.

He was born Tuesday, June 9, 1931 in Missouri, Son of the late Cressel Lucas and the late Elsie(Waller) Lucas.

December 18, 1949 in Knox, Indiana, Donald married the former Patricia Heilman, she survives him.

Donald was a talented craftsman, who enjoyed building furniture. His greatest passion was spending time with his wife of nearly 72 years Patricia, his children and his grandchildren.

Surviving are his wife, Patricia Lucas of Culver, Indiana, Son, Dan(Pam) Lucas of Knox, Indiana, Son, Ray(Charlotte) Lucas of Berea, Kentucky, Son, Michael(Courtney) Lucas of Truman, Arkansas, 5 grandchildren 9 great-grandchildren 2 great-great grandchildren, Sister, June Krsek of Valparaiso, Indiana.

He was preceded in death by parents Cressel and Elsie Lucas.

Services to be held at a later date, Braman and Son Memorial Chapel of Knox, Indiana is in charge of arrangements

Interment will follow in the Round Lake Cemetery.
