Dona Rae Benoit

Dona Rae Benoit, 74 years old of Culver, Indiana, passed away Saturday, August 24, 2024 in Culver, Indiana.

She was born Tuesday, January 10, 1950 in Kankakee, Illinois, Daughter of the late Leroy Reiniche and the late Elnora(Soren) Reiniche.

October 29, 1969 in Kankakee, Illinois, Dona married Ronald Benoit, he preceded her on May 6, 2019.

Dona enjoyed riding motorcycles.  Her greatest passion was spending time with her family and her grandchildren.

She worked at the Medaryville Garment factory.

Surviving are Son, Don(Carrie) Benoit of Culver, Indiana, Son, Mike(Sharon) Benoit of Winamac, Indiana, 4 grandchildren: Taylor Benoit, Deacon Benoit, Stephen(Melissa) Benoit, Christopher Benoit, 2 great-grandchildren: Bryle Benoit, Jensen Benoit, Brother, Rickie Reiniche Sr of Kankakee, Illinois, Sister, Kathy Kline of Vienna, Illinois, Sister, Ruth(Randy) Ann Henneike of Martinton, Illinois, Sister, Vicki(Jim) Harner of Vienna, Illinois.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Benoit and  parents Leroy and Elnora Reiniche, sister Donna Mae Seivers.

Celebration of life services to be held at a later date, Braman and Son Memorial Chapel of Knox, Indiana is in charge of arrangements.
