Daniel " Danny" Roscka Obituary

Daniel "Danny"  Roscka, 96 years old of Knox, Indiana, passed away Sunday, May 19, 2024 in Plymouth, Indiana.


He was born Wednesday, July 13, 1927 in Knox, Indiana, Son of the late Eli Roscka and the late Helen(Katz) Roscka.


Danny was the owner of the former General Woodworkers Company.  He was an avid fisherman and the M.C. for the Sandra Lee Studio of Dance recitals. He was a member of the Knox United Methodist Church, Knox Masonic Lodge #639 and the South Bend Scottish Rite.  His greatest passion was spending time with family and friends.


October 9, 1949, in Knox, Indiana, Danny married the former Eleanor Whiting, she survives him.


Surviving are  his wife, Eleanor "Ellie" Roscka  and Son, Mark Daniel Roscka of Holland, Indiana, Daughter, Sharon Leedy of Indianapolis, Indiana, Granddaughter, Danielle Leedy of Avon, Indiana, Sister, Victoria Brand of Dade City, Florida.


He was preceded in death by parents Eli and Helen Roscka, brothers Eli and George Roscka and sister Helen Holm.


Celebration of Life to be held at the Knox United Methodist Church, Saturday, July 20, 2024 from 12 PM till time of services at 2PM.


In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Knox United Methodist Church, Braman and Son Memorial Chapel of Knox, Indiana is in charge of arrangements.
