Corbin "Smooch" Gayheart

Corbin "Smooch" Gayheart, 51 years old of Knox, Indiana, passed away Monday, April 26, 2021 in LaPorte, Indiana.

He was born Tuesday, November 18, 1969 in Garrett, Kentucky, Son of the late Corbin Gayheart and Phyllis Ann(Whitaker) Summey.

Corbin enjoyed listening to his music and going to the casino. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. His greatest passion was spending time with his family, children and granddaughter.

Surviving are Mother, Phyllis Ann Summey of Knox, Indiana, Son, Corbin"CJ" Gayheart of Plainwell, Michigan, Son, Billy Gayheart of Plainwell, Michigan, Daughter, Mercedes Gayheart of Knox, Indiana, Step-daughter, Kayla Thompson of Knox, Indiana, 1 grandchild Sophie Ann Marie Gayheart, Brother, Victor Troy(Cindy) Gayheart of Plainwell, Michigan, Sister, Lavotis Ann French of Knox, Indiana.

He was preceded in death by father Corbin Gayheart, brother Jessie Patrick.

Friends will be received 11 AM till time of service at 1 PM, Friday, April 30 at the Braman & Son Memorial Chapel, Knox, Indiana.

Services will be held at Braman & Son Memorial Chapel, Friday, April 30, 2021 at 1 PM with Pastor Ted Dilts officiating.

Interment will follow in the Crown Hill Cemetery.
