Clyde D. Rudd

Clyde D. Rudd, 87 years old of North Judson, Indiana, passed away Thursday, May 18, 2023 in North Judson, Indiana.

He was born Saturday, January 25, 1936 in Magoffin County, Kentucky, Son of the late William Hobart Rudd and the late Armenta(King) Rudd.

July 17, 1954, in Knox, Indiana, Clyde married Gracie Prater, she preceded him on October 17, 2019.

Clyde was a member of the Little Dove Church and the Teamsters Union 135.   Clyde was extremely patriotic, loved talking politics and watching fireworks.  He enjoyed camping, singing and watching Nascar.  His greatest passion was spending time with his family and grandchildren.

He worked as a truck driver.

Surviving are Daughter, Debra McIntire of Knox, Indiana, Daughter, Pamela Trusty of North Judson, Indiana, Daughter, Wanda Mullins of Knox, Indiana, Daughter, Susan(Jack) McCan of Wildwood, Florida, Daughter, Viola(Jim) Collins of Knox, Indiana, Daughter Susan Whittenmyer of Rousseay, Kentucky, 15 grandchildren 23 great-grandchildren 3 great-great-grandchildren, Sister, Jewell Arnett of Knox, Indiana.

He was preceded in death by his wife Gracie Rudd, infant daughter Nancy Lynn Rudd,  Grandsons Eddie Jaehn and Jason Ryan McCan, parents William and Armenta King, brothers Marshall, Marvin, Aaron, Alford, Arvis and sisters Catherine Howard, Viola Rowe and Phyllis Kain.

Friends will be received 4 PM to 8 PM, Sunday, May 21, 2023 at the Braman & Bailey Funeral Home, North Judson, Indiana.

Services will be held at Braman & Bailey Funeral Home, Monday, May 22, 2023 at 11 AM with rev. Joe Mullet officiating.

Interment will follow in the Highland  Cemetery.

Memorials may be give to RHI Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana 4141 Shore Dr Indianapolis, In 46254.
