Charles "Chuck" Eugene Wheeler

Charles " Chuck" Eugene Wheeler, 75 years old of Knox, Indiana, passed away, surrounded by his loving family, Thursday, January 19, 2023 in Knox, Indiana.

He was born Monday, August 25, 1947 in Valparaiso, Indiana, Son of the late Kenneth Wheeler and the late Marguerite(Flitter) Wheeler.

July 9, 1965, in Valparaiso, Indiana Chuck married the former Jennifer Shepherd, she survives him.

Chuck enjoyed woodworking and putting together puzzles. He enjoyed watching NASCAR.  Chuck enjoyed dancing and traveling with his wife, Jennifer.  His greatest passion was spending time with his family and grandchildren. 

Charles was a retired Journeyman Ironworker Local 395 after 30 years.

Surviving are  his Wife, Jennifer Wheeler of Knox, Indiana, Son, Charles(Michelle) Darren Wheeler of  Dalton, Georgia, Daughter, Jodi(Bobby) Wagner of Knox, Indiana, Daughter, Erica(Bobby) McIntire of Plymouth, Indiana, Daughter, Kristy(Andy) Fox of Grovertown, Indiana, 10 grandchildren 12 great-grandchildren, Brother, Frank(Rose Mary) Wheeler of Wanatah, Indiana, Sister, Barbara Jo Wheeler, of Rockhill, South Carolina.

He was preceded in death by his granddaughter Megan Wheeler, parents Kenneth and Marguerite Wheeler, brothers Kenneth and Robert Wheeler and sister Carol Klapp.

Friends will be received 11 AM till time of service at 1 PM, Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at the Braman & Son Memorial Chapel, Knox, Indiana.

Services will be held at Braman & Son Memorial Chapel, Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at 1 PM with Father Stephen Loncar officiating.

Interment will follow in the Oak Park Cemetery, in Knox, Indiana.

Memorials may be made to the Alzheimers Association.
