Carlus White

Carlus White, 79 years old of North Judson, Indiana, passed away Saturday, September 25, 2021 in Laporte, Indiana, surrounded by his loving wife, Wanda, and close family.

He was born Saturday, January 31, 1942 in Salyersville, Kentucky, Son of the late Lurman White and the late Eliza(Eldridge) White.

As a young child, he moved to Indiana. Carlus married Wanda Bolen in June of 1969 and together they made their home in starke county and raised their six children.

Surviving are his wife, Wanda White of North Judson, Indiana, Daughter, Carla(Greg) Stoll of North Judson, Indiana, Daughter, Karen(Connie) White of North Judson, Indiana, Son, Russell(Laurie) White of Knox, Indiana, Son, Scott(Kevin) White of South Bend, Indiana, Son, Stacey(Cayla) White of Medaryville, Indiana, Daughter, Shawntrell White of Francesville, Indiana, 23 grandchildren 28 great-grandchildren with two more on the way, 1 great-great grandchild, 2 sisters.

Carlus ventured into many career paths over the years but is best known for his many years of employment at Weinbergs. He enjoyed spending time outdoors, camping, woodworking, and most of all , spending time with family.

He was preceded in death by his parents Lurman and Eliza White, 6 brothers and 3 sisters.

Friends will be received 3 PM till time of service at 6 PM, Wednesday, September 29 at the Braman & Bailey Funeral Home, North Judson, Indiana.

Services will be held at Braman & Bailey Funeral Home, Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at 6 PM with officiating.
