Bonnie Lou Henry, age 72, of Knox passed away on Friday, March 22, 2024, surrounded by her family, in Knox.
On November 22, 1951, in La Porte, Indiana, Bonnie was born to the late Kenneth and Elsie Cole Hoffer. On October 5, 1974, in Knox, Indiana, she married Roger Henry, who preceded her in death.
Bonnie's greatest joy was spending time with her family. She also enjoyed collecting recipes and working on word search and crossword puzzles.
Survivors include three sons, Roger (Sandy) of Knox, Patrick (Joann) of Santa Barbara, California, and Michael of Knox, three daughters, Bonnie (Dan) McCarty of Monterey, Indiana, Rose Ann (Ronald) Diederich, of South Chicago Heights, Illinois, and Irene Henry of Ventura, California, a brother, Jerry Hoffer of Knox, a sister, Mary Fosburg of Gary, Indiana, 14 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, Roger, and her parents, Kenneth and Elsie Hoffer, Bonnie was also preceded in death by one brother, George Hoffer, and three sisters, Patricia Napier, Connie Pagoria, and Cynthia Young.
A Celebration of Life Service will take place on Saturday, April 6, 2024, from 3 to 6 p.m. Eastern Daylight TIme at the Fraternal Order of Eagles Lodge, 602 W. 11th St., Winamac, Indiana.
