Betty C. Bailey, 72 of Knox, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, October 18, 2022 in Knox, IN

She was born Tuesday, July 18, 1950 in Knox IN, daughter of the late Menifee Shepherd and the late Ester (Howard) Shepherd. On September 16, 1967 she married Kenneth Bailey, Sr.

Betty was a Homemaker who had a deep Baptist Faith.  She loved being a mother and loved taking care of her family. She also enjoyed sewing, gardening, and camping.

Surviving are Son, Charles (Kerri) Bailey of Knox, IN; Daughter, Wendy Bailey of Knox, IN; Brother, Jimmie Shepherd of Knox, IN; Brother, Roger (Maria) Shepherd of Knox, IN; Sister, Patsy (Roger) Tunis of North Judson, IN; Sister, Judy (Earl) Fairchild of Knox, IN; and 5 Grandchildren and 3 Great-Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her Parents Menifee Shepherd and Ester Shepherd; her husband Kenneth Bailey, Sr; a son Kenneth Dale Bailey; and a brother Ronnie Shepherd.

Friends will be received Friday Oct 21, 2022 from 10:00 AM until the time of service at the Braman & Bailey Funeral Home, North Judson, Indiana.

Services will be held at 12:00 PM Friday, Oct. 21, 2022 at the Braman & Bailey Funeral Home, with Rev. Erv Bradley officiating.

Interment will follow in the Highland  Cemetery, North Judson, IN.
