Anna "Bobbie" F. Allen

Anna "Bobbie" F. Allen, 100 years old of Knox, Indiana, passed away Friday, August 16, 2024 in Knox, Indiana.

She was born Wednesday, July 2, 1924 in Salyersville, Kentucky, Daughter of the late William Preston and the late Veva(Preston) Buxton.

Bobbie was a member of the Knox VFW women's auxiliary, a member of the Eastern Star and the Knox Moose Lodge.

Surviving are Daughter, Joe(Artie) Garbinson of Knox, Indiana, Daughter, Cindy Nover of Valparaiso, Indiana, 7 grandchildren: Joseph Bailey, Rachelle Krause, Nathan Brown, Joshua Garbinson, Craig Garbinson, Kevin Garbinson and 12 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clark Allen, daughter Sharon Allen, grandson David Allen Nover, parents Willaim Preston and Veva Buxton, brothers Donald and Billy Preston and sister Loretta Cassidy.

Friends will be received 11 AM till time of service at 1 PM, Tuesday, August 20 at the Braman & Son Memorial Chapel, Knox, Indiana.

Services will be held at Braman & Son Memorial Chapel, Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at 1 PM.

Interment will follow in the Crown Hill Cemetery, Knox, Indiana.
