Nora Lee Fletcher, 86 years old of North Judson, Indiana, passed away Friday, November 6, 2020 in La Porte, Indiana.

She was born Thursday, July 5, 1934 in Royalton, Kentucky, Daughter of the late Homer Salyer and the late Easter(Poe) Salyer.

March 17, 2005, Nora married Hillard Fletcher, he survives her. August 30, 1952, Nora married Edward Edgar Miller, he preceded her on December 12, 2000.

Nora was a loving wife, Mother, Sister, Grandma, Great-Grandma and Aunt. She had worked at the Kingsbury Ammunitions Depot as a machine operator and the Westville Mental Institution in Nursing. She was a hard-working, fun-loving lady who always made everyone feel special.

Nora was a member of the Free United Baptist Church in North Judson, Indiana on Hwy 39 and loved by many there. She enjoyed fishing and gardening. Nora's greatest passion was spending time with her friends, family and grandchildren.

Surviving are Husband, Hillard Fletcher of North Judson, Indiana, Daughter, Sandra(Herbert) Tarnow of San Pierre, Indiana, Son, Roger Miller of San Pierre, Indiana, Step-daughter, Loretta(Jerry) Danford of San Pierre, Indiana, Step-daughter, Kathy Workman of Winamac, Indiana, 6 grandchildren Edward Schroeder, Justin Miller, Nick Miller, Jamie Harper, Brandy Harris, Jenny Schaffer, 6 great-grandchildren, Sister, Lola(Marcum) Fletcher of Knox, Indiana, Sister, Anna(Gary) Young of Knox, Indiana, Brother, Rex(Jackie) Salyer of Knox, Indiana, Brother, Homer Salyer Jr of Toto, Indiana and a number of Nieces and Nephews.She was preceded in death by by her grandparents, parents Homer and Easter Salyer, husband Ed Miller and brothers Maywood, Fontaine, Larry, Joel Calvin and Melvin Salyer.

There will be no funeral services due to COVID 19. Burial Will be at the Highland Cemetery in North Judson. There will be a Celebration of Life at a later date. Braman and Bailey Funeral Home of North Judson, Indiana, is in charge of arrangements.

In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation for a cure.
