Terry Nichols, 68 years old of Knox, Indiana, died Tuesday, May 15, 2018 in Knox, Indiana.

He was born Monday, August 29, 1949 in Peru, Indiana, Son of the late Harold Nichols and the late Marie(Boyer) Nichols.

Terry enjoyed camping, fishing and model trains. Terry was a member of the Knox United Methodist Church, Knox VFW and the Knox American Legion. Terry was an Army Vietnam combat medic and served in the 25th infantry division "Wolf Hounds". Terry's greatest passion was spending time with his family.

He worked as a insurance claim adjuster.

Surviving are his wife, Lisa (Mikesell) Nichols of Knox, Indiana, Son, Dustin Friend of Indianapolis, Indiana, Sister, Linda & Larry Combs of Knox, Indiana, Sister, Lori Rowe of Indianapolis, Indiana, Sister, Sherry & George Fort of Knox, Indiana, Nephew, Matthew Fort and Family, Niece, Rena Fort Messer and Family, Nephew, David Combs and Family, Nephew, Phillip Combs and Family, Nephew, Micah Combs and Family, Nephew, Jason Nichols and Family, Niece, Carrie Nichols and Family, Niece, Heather Corn and Family, Niece, Kimberly Vorm and Family, Niece, Kristen Moreland and Family, Mother-in-Law, Margaret Mikesell of Rochester, Indiana, Brother-in-law, Wade & Barbara Mikesell of Rochester, Indiana, Brother-in-law, Ted Mikesell of Rochester, Indiana, Brother-in-law, Dennis & Joyce Mikesell of Rochester, Indiana, Brother-in-law, Kim & Lora Mikesell of Rochester, Indiana, Sister-in-law, Michelle Nichols of Argos, Indiana and several great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by parents Harold and Marie Nichols and brother Garry Nichols.

Friends will be received 10 AM till time of service, Saturday, May 19, 2018 at the Knox United Methodist Church, Braman & Son Memorial Chapel, Knox, Indiana is in charge of arrangements.

Services will be held at Knox United Methodist Church, Saturday, May 19, 2018 at 12 PM with Rev. Ray Squibb officiating.

Interment will follow in the Crown Hill Cemetery with military honors.

In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to St Jude's Children Hospital or the Knox VFW Wounded Warriors.
