Thelma Johnson-Crum, 74 years old of Knox, In, died Thursday, February 23, 2017 in Michigan City, Indiana.

She was born Saturday, March 28, 1942 in Allen, Kentucky, Daughter of the late Issac Hurd and the late Augusta(Mulkey) Hurd.

Thelma had the gift of gab, she loved having company, visiting and taking care of people. Thelma's greatest passion was spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Surviving are Daughter, Janet(Andy) Cornwall of North Judson, Indiana, Son, Jackie Johnson of Scottsville, Kentucky, Daughter, Pam Seles of Pikeville, Kentucky, Daughter, Annette(James) Muncy of North Judson, Indiana, 13 grandchildren 11 great-grandchildren, Brother, Charlie(Patty) Hurd of Winamac, Indiana, Sister, Dovie Stacy of Knox, Indiana.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bruce Johnson and parents Issac and Augusta Hurd, daughter Lillie Crase, second husband Bill Crum, brothers Merlin, Earnest and James Hurd, sisters Judy Johnson, Leona Sammons, Daisy Lou Carr, daughter -in-law Carol Johnson and brother-in-law Arnold Stacy..

Friends will be received 10 Am till time of service, Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at the at the Braman & Son Memorial Chapel, Knox, Indiana.

Services will be held at Braman & Son Memorial Chapel, Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at 1 PM with Rev. Roy Hensley officiating.

Interment will follow in the Highland Cemetery.

I am so sorry for your loss....Thelma was a beautiful person....It had to be a joyous time in Heaven when she was welcomed home by all the family there...Love You All and You are in my Thoughts and Prayers....Love Regina and Children...
