Anna Mae Vires, 78 years old of Logansport, In, died Thursday, December 17, 2015 in Logansport, Indiana.

She was born Friday, January 8, 1937 in Jackson, Kentucky, Daughter of the late Julius Johnson and the late Carrie(Brewer) Johnson.

Anna loved spending time with her children, especially her grandchildren and her great-grandchildren.

Surviving are Son, William(Beverly) Vires of North Judson, IN, Daughter, Linda(Lee) Veneziano of McHenry, ILL, Daughter, Patty(Tom) Stevens of Holiday Hills, ILL, Daughter, Brenda(Mark) Minix of Winamac, In, Daughter, Sandra(Joshua) Howard of Knox, IN, Sister, Coey Belcher of Lexington, KY, 9 grandchildren 16 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by parents Julius and Carrie Johnson, husband William Vires, brothers Garrett Combs, Taylor Combs, Albert Johnson, Tommy Johnson, Johnny Johnson, Julius Johnson and sister Pearl Combs.

Friends will be received 10 AM till time of service Monday, December 21, 2015 at the at the Braman & Son Memorial Chapel, Knox, Indiana.

Services will be held at Braman & Son Memorial Chapel, Monday, December 21, 2015 at 1 PM CST with Rev. Bruce Bennett officiating.

Interment will follow in the Crown Hill Cemetery.
