Betty Lou Rupert, 82 years old of Rensselaer, Indiana, formally of North Judson, Indiana passed away Sunday, August 30, 2020 in Rensselaer, Indiana.

She was born Thursday, June 30, 1938 in North Judson, Indiana, Daughter of the late William Riley Bailey and the late Mary (Miller) Bailey.

Betty was a member of the Blue Sea Church. She enjoyed yard sales, sewing, reading and cooking. Betty's greatest passion was spending time with her family and grandchildren.

She was retired from Federal Mogul.

Surviving are Son, Jay Rupert of Rensselaer, Indiana, Son, Tom(Phyllis) Rupert of VanWert, Ohio, Daughter, Robin(Thomas) Boule' of Bolivar, Missouri, Daughter, Kathy Hurt-Rupert of VanWert, Ohio, 26 grandchildren 31 great-grandchildren 2 great-great grandchildren, Sister, Sharon Anne Bailey of Akron, Indiana, Sister, Susan(Jay) Murphy of Arkansas.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Admiral D Rupert and son Steven Rupert, daughters Rachel, Mary Pauline, Rita and Julie Rupert, brothers Jim, Leander "Red", Frank. Robert, George Bailey and sisters Catherine Wright and Ruth Allen and parents William and Mary Bailey.

Graveside services at Highland Cemetery at 11 AM September 2, 2020 at 11 AM, Braman & Bailey Funeral Home of North Judson, Indiana is in charge of arrangements.

Services will be held at Highland Cemetery, Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at 11 AM.

Interment will follow in the Highland Cemetery.
