Todd Ringle, 55, best friend, husband, and lover of Judi passed away unexpectedly on Friday, April 5, 2019. A fun-loving and mischievous father, he passed on his stubbornness to his daughter, Amber (Adam) Sickmiller and his inner-geek to Keegan, his son. Todd was also a second dad to Elizabeth and Maddie Krueger. He taught all of his kids to enjoy life on their own terms.

Todd was born and raised in Knox, Indiana by Pat Kammerer of Walkerton and Peter (Dellia) of Knox. Older brother Buddy (Mandy) always had his back and helped Todd stay out of trouble. Best friend and cousin, Mike (Terrie) Sobieck shared many adventures over the years with him. Todd was also the favorite uncle to many nieces and nephews and loved by family and friends.

A jack of all trades, Todd could build anything from the ground up including his own businesses. Always a gamer, he was known as a fierce slayer of dragons and giants. As a history buff and Army veteran, Todd enjoyed discussing military battles and strategy with anyone who would listen. He often spent time in his own war room being the general of his miniature armies. Todd spent the past ten years enjoying home-cooked meals and making his wife laugh. His favorite place was to relax at home, although he was always up for a road trip whenever Judi decided it was time to get away.

It is hard to imagine life without the witty tales of this ornery, loving man. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Join Todd's family and friends in a celebration of his incredible life this Wednesday, April 10 from 2 pm until 8 pm at the VFW Post 748 located at 1511 South Heaton Street, Knox, Indiana. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Todd's name to the Wounded Warrior Project or Indiana State Parks through the Indiana Natural Resources Foundation.

To my best friend and brother I am so very sad and at the moment so lost these last few days. It's just so hard to believe for we just worked our last day together before all this happened who would've ever thought. I will never forget all the great times and trials we shared and got through together. We have always been there for one another and always will be. My life will never be the same. I love you brother. I will see you on the other side and take off where we left off. I also want to say I'm so so sorry to your loved ones.

We are so shocked and saddened on Todd's passing. Just this February, Todd, Mike, and Roger installed our beautiful floors. Todd was such a talented craftsman and the flooring is perfect. More importantly, Todd was wonderful to work with and we will always remember the friendly banter and humorous conversations we had. To Todd's family, Todd spoke lovingly and with much pride about you. We can't imagine how hard this is for all of you.
Know that Todd's talents live on in our house as does the memory of a truly great guy.
