Christina A Esparza, 74 years old of Knox, In, died Monday, February 6, 2017 in La Porte, Indiana.

She was born Tuesday, December 22, 1942 in Chicago, Illinois, Daughter of the late John Nowakowski and the late Jeanette Nowakowski.

Christina enjoyed testing children hearing and helped supply children with school supplies. Christina's passion was spending time with her children, grandchildren and family.

Surviving are her husband, Paul Esparza of Knox, Indiana, Daughter, Suzette(Ernesto) Marie Garza of Knox, Indiana, Daughter, Tammy(Alfred) Lynn Butler of Lake Villa, Illinois, Daughter, Dawn Therese Esparza of Arlington Heights, Illinois, 36 grandchildren 14 great-grandchildren, Brother, Mark Nowakowski of Seattle, Washington, Sister, Jan Morgan of Chicago, Illinois, Sister, Susan Zanilli of Chicago, Illinois.

Friends will be received 11 AM till time of service, Thursday, February 9, 2017 at the at the Braman & Son Memorial Chapel, Knox, Indiana.

Services will be held at Braman & Son Memorial Chapel, Thursday, February 9, 2017 at 1 PM with Pastor Luke Traver officiating.

Grandma im going to miss you so much. One day I will see you again. you were my best friend and Im so happy I was able to let you know how much I love you. God took you to soon and he has gained a beautiful angel. Your the greatest mother/grandmother I could of ever asked for.
